About the event
Join us for our November club meeting as we celebrate Beesgiving, a special tradition of food, fellowship, and beekeeping! We’ll kick off the evening with our annual potluck, where everyone brings a dish to share. It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy great food, connect with fellow beekeepers and vendors, and participate in our Silent Auction Fundraiser in a festive atmosphere. The event RSVP can be used by members to request a vendor table (beekeeping related) and by all to donate beekeeping related items to the Silent Auction Fundraiser.
Don’t forget to sign up to bring a dish! Potluck Signup here:
This is also our annual business meeting. Your participation is very important this year as we are amending our Articles of Incorporation and our Bylaws to become a 501 (c)(3). We will also elect officers.
Let’s come together to celebrate the season, our bees, and our beekeeping community. See you…
