UCNCBA APIARY ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND INDEMNIFICATION
I understand that participation in beekeeping and related activities involves inherent and foreseeable risks , including but not limited to bee stings (which may cause severe allergic reactions) , the unpredictable behavior of honeybees (including defensive responses and stinging without warning) , exposure to environmental conditions, uneven terrain, and the use of tools and equipment. I understand these risks cannot be eliminated and I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property damage, or death , whether known or unknown.
